Chris and I had dinner at The Liberty Tavern in Clarendon on Wednesday to celebrate our two year anniversary! I wasn’t planning on taking pictures or blogging about this dinner because I just wanted to relax and enjoy myself. However, after the first bite of our appetizer I knew I needed to share the experience you all!
To start the evening off, our server brought us an assortment of bread. The yeast rolls were incredibly soft and so fluffy that I didn’t even need to add butter! I
Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a nice weekend! Chris and I had a busy semi-busy/semi-relaxing weekend in DC. It was kind of nice to be in the district after spending most of the weekends this past summer away!
On Friday, Chris and I headed into DC to meet some friends at Darlington House in DuPont Circle. Chris wanted to watch one of the soccer games that was on, which is why I think he chose Darlington House. It was full of soccer fans!
Hey everyone! I hope you had a nice long holiday weekend and closed out the summer appropriately. Chris and I traveled down to Portsmouth, VA to spend time with his dad, stepmom, sister, brother-in-law, and niece. It was a really fun weekend, and as usual, too short!
We left on Friday night around 7:30. We had dinner in the car from DQ- I had a grilled chicken salad, which was shockingly delicious. DQ had lemon juice packets by the drinks, which I used for dressing instead of the vinaigrette packet. A winner in my book for a “healthy” fast food dinner!
